About this event
Something new this year! Fall Fest brings our annual Artisan Market and our fall festival together for one big, free day in Chapel Hill. Come shop local, grab some food, let the kids play, and spend a fall Saturday with your community.
Artisan Market
Nearly 30 local vendors with a little bit of everything:
- Handmade jewelry, crochet and gifts
- Original art and hand-painted ceramics
- Custom shirts and laser-engraved goods
- Books
- Freeze-dried treats, jams, pickles and other preserves
- Sweet treats
Coming seven weeks before Christmas, it’s a great place to find one-of-a-kind gifts from local makers.
A few of our vendors
- Made with Love by Brooklyn: resin jewelry made with real flowers picked locally in Columbia, plus handmade Bible bags, Christian T-shirts, keychains and Blind Dates with a Book
- Preserve & Chill: freeze-dried candy, fruits and veggies, jams and jellies, pickles, salsa, cowboy candy, hot sauce, honey, tea blends and more, with cold drinks made from their own concentrates
- SheNanagans: handmade creations and custom designs (bring your Christmas gift ideas!), and the sponsor of our kids’ craft table
- Charmed Creations: custom beaded pet necklaces personalized with your pet’s name, plus 3D-printed goodies
- The Spotted Dal: handmade jewelry, painted wooden decorations, wreaths and seasonal crafts
- Pixel & Pine of TN: handmade wooden décor, planters, rustic pumpkins and seasonal decorations
Food & drink
American Smoke House BBQ will be serving BBQ sandwiches and plates, loaded fries, nachos, smoked bologna, ribs, wings and more. A dirty soda and lemonade truck will be here too.
Good to know
- Admission and every activity are free. Bring some shopping money for the vendors and food trucks.
- If the weather forces a change, Fall Fest moves to Saturday, November 14, same time and place. We’ll post any change at the top of this website and on the Facebook event.
